To give you complete transparency while planning your budget, please note that the following items are not included in the base package price:

• Airfare / Flights: You are responsible for booking your own flights to and from Panama City (PTY) unless you choose to purchase with us.

• Travel Insurance: Highly recommended to protect your investment. We can provide a quote for comprehensive trip cancellation and medical protection upon request.

• Unspecified Meals & Beverages: Any meals, alcoholic drinks, or snacks outside of our scheduled group events, daily breakfasts, and select included lunches.

• Free Time Activities: Optional excursions, entrance fees, or transportation during your designated open exploration times.

• Personal Expenses: Room service, mini-bar charges, laundry services, hotel incidentals, and souvenir shopping.

• Passports & Documentation: Any fees associated with obtaining or renewing a passport, or required entry/exit tourist documentation.

• Airline Fees: Checked bag fees, seat selection upgrades, or flight change penalties charged directly by your airline.

• Additional Gratuities: Tips for local drivers, hotel staff, and tour guides that fall outside of our pre-arranged hosted group events.
